What is…?

• What is a noun?
A noun is a naming word.

• What is a plural?
A plural is more than one.
-For example: Cat  cats
Plurals:
• We normally change a noun to a
plural by adding the letter S.

• For example:
1) flower flowers
2) chair chairs
Plurals
• Some nouns need to change their
spellings.

• We don’t add s

• Look at the flashcards in the hallway


and write down the plurals.
