The Incident Report
Imagine you are Mr Tushman.
Write an official school incident report for the incident
between Jack Will and Julian.

Success Criteria:
 I have written in the third person
 I have included key, concise details from the incident
 I have written in a formal tone and maintained this throughout
 I have included examples of the passive voice
 I have used complex sentences and structures (openers)
 I have used a range of punctuation
 I have proof read, edited and up-levelled my writing
