How to make a passive voice sentence?

Active: I make a cake.
Passive: A cake is made by me.
When to use the passive voice?
When we don’t want to take responsibility for something.
When we want to focus on a happening, not who or what did it.
When we want to avoid “vague subjects”
NOTES
1. Adverb of place is placed before “by O”.
English is learned at school by students.
2. Adverb of time is placed after “by O”.
The windows were broken by the boys yesterday.
3. “by” can be omitted if followed by personal pronouns (me, him, her, them, us..) or indefinite pronouns (people, someone, anyone, anybody, somebody, everyone…). => “A hard day’s night was written by the Beatles. 2.John invited Fiona to his birthday party last night. => Fiona was invited to John’s birthday party last night. 3.Her mother is preparing the dinner in the kitchen. => The chicken is being prepared in the kitchen by her mother. 4.We should clean our teeth twice a day. => Our teeth should be cleaned twice a day. 5.Our teachers have explained the English grammar. => The English grammar has been explained by our teachers.
