agreements such as Hyogo Framework, the Sendai
Framework, and the Association of Southeast Asian
Nations Agreement on Disaster Management and
Emergency Response (AADMER).
It encourages the participation of NGOs, private
sectors, community-based organizations, and
community members in disaster management.
