    Writing the Report

     The extent of details to be presented


     The method of presentation of the
    contribution of the researcher
     Presentation of graphs, charts, tables etc.
     Logical ending of the thesis based on the
    work done.
    The thesis should be self-explanatory and
    clear distinction of views without any
    ambiguity to the evaluators and fellow
    researchers.

    Editing and Rewriting the Report
    • Reading the rough draft…. Self criticism
    always leads to good writing.
    • Offer comments from rough draft which can
    be considered for making amendments.
    • Supervisor is bound to go all the chapters of
    the thesis and suggests corrections,
    additions, deletions some times even
    rewriting of some chapters.
    • Adjudicator’s corrections and corrections
    suggested during defense have to be
    incorporated in his/her thesis.
