    health and safety performance,
    communication & practical learning.

    to drive forward change.

     To secure commitment for long-term


    improvement and agree on the way forward

    activities.

     Operational safety discussion exercises.

     Sharing unique experiences on the job.

    job if they feel it is unsafe to do so.
