Screen Description

2. Type User ID and password.

3. The account will be locked when you


input wrong password 5times

4. When you forget ID, Password or ID


locked, click and enter your
registered email to have temporary
password or contact distributor
administrator.

Distributor TSB > List

Screen Description

1. Search by status on the top or


inputting Model, TSB Type, Group or
Language on the left.

2. Unchecked TSB List will be displayed


in bold.

3. Click ‘Excel’ button to download the


list.

1. Search by inputting Model, TSB


Type,
Group or Language on the left.

2. All TSBs applied each model will be


displayed by Model searching.

3. Only TSBs distributed each language


will be displayed by Language
searching.

1. View detail information of TSB.

2. Search same TSB information in


various languages by changing
language option on the top-right.

3. Click ‘Close’ or ‘Discard’ button to


change the status of TSB.

5. Move to the Dealer TSB webpage to


edit information.

“Approving” status.

1. Select Parts Delivery Date, GWMS


Upload status and Click Approval

Distributor TSB > List > View > Local Copy

Screen Description
Copied Distributor TSB is moved to
“Temporary Saved” of Dealer TSB.

1. View detail information of Local


Copy.

2. Edit the information if needed and


save temporarily.

3. Click ‘Delete’ button to delete the


temporary saved information.

4. Click ‘Submit’ button to upload the


information to the Dealer TSB as
“Approved” status.

└ KMC’s TSB released to dealers by distributor administrator.

1. Local Copied and Submitted TSB will


be added on the Dealer TSB List.

2. Unchecked TSB List will be displayed
