• SCOPE AND COVERAGE
• categorizes protected areas, the bases of which
among others are other categories established
by law, conventions or international
agreements which the Philippine Government
is a signatory

• Violators shall be fined not less than 5,000Php
nor more than 500,000Php
• Imprisonment of 1 year but not more than 6
