ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Prior to the opening of classes, ERIS launched an online enrollment by providing link
though the official Facebook page of the school and a physical drop box system to
cater learners who wished to enroll in the school. Campaign materials through
virtual and physical (barking around the school vicinity) were out into place to bring
the message across our stakeholders about the continuous education despite the
PANDEMIC. Moreover, teachers also shared the announcement of enrolment on their
respective social media platforms to reach all the learners as well as the parents.

Through the efforts of Head Teachers In-Charge, Grade Level Chairs and Class
Advisers, the parents were given a detailed and comprehensive explanation about
the implementation of the Blended Learning Modality and the purely Modular
Learning Modality as well. General orientations per grade level were also conducted
before the opening of classes to further disseminate the procedure of the new normal
conduct of classes.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Selected teachers from the Elementary and Secondary (JHS and SHS) Department
conducted a simulation /demonstration teaching using the classroom messenger and
google classroom platforms. This activity gave an idea to the teachers on how these
platforms will be helpful on the actual learning. The simulation have two phases:
first, the teacher conducted a synchronous class to test the viability of the messenger
chat to be used as a virtual classroom and the second phase was a wider scope to run
a full-cycle involving asynchronous and synchronous class sessions.
