    1. Why did you choose your proposed course and
    institution*?
    2. How will the proposed study contribute to your career*?
    3. How have you contributed to solving a challenge and to
    implementing change or reform? (Be specific and include:
    what aspect/s of your leadership knowledge, skills and
    practice you consider to be well established and effective;
    which people or organisations you worked with to solve the
    problem; and what creative methods were used.)*
    4. Please:- a) give up to three practical examples of how you
    intend to use the knowledge, skills and connections you will
    gain from your scholarship. Possible tasks can be personal
    and/or professional; and
    b) list any possible constraints you think may prevent you
    from achieving these tasks.*:

    • Be well organized
    – Ide disampaikan secara runtut
    – Jumlah kata mendekati/sama dengan limit
    – 1 paragraph = 1 pokok pikiran
    – Gunakan “academic writing” style  concise, informative, to the point
    – Hindari kalimat yang terlalu panjang dan mengandung terlalu banyak informasi
    – Par 1 merangkum keseluruhan esai
    • Be realistic, detail, and simple
    – Hindari penjabaran yang terlalu berlebihan
    – Penjelasan yang konkret, disertai data
    – Jika bersifat rencana, maka disertai timeline
    – Usahakan focus, tidak terlalu melebar
    – Jika focus planning lebih dari 1, explicitkan di awal
    – Hindari term2 yang sarat subyektivitas
    • Be an expert in your field
    – Penjelasan bersifat teknis dgn istilah khas sesuai bidang masing
    – Ada relevansi/ keterkaitan dengan situasi riil di daerah asal
    – Selalu kaitkan dengan daerah/ institusi asal  scope nasional kalau
    perlu saja
    – Tunjukkan data yang bersifat trend, bukan hanya sewaktu saja
