    “RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE HEALTH AT WORK PROGRAM OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF
    GENERAL SANTOS CITY OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) COMPLIANCE OFFICE
    AMOUNTING TO TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20,000.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF
    PORTABLE SOUND SYSTEM TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE HEALTH PROMOTION ACTIVITIES”

    WHEREAS, the safety of individual workers must be one of the priorities of the management in
    order to promote and maintain a safe and conducive working environment; that, such
    prioritization reflects the commitment to safeguard the health and welfare of workers in any given
    context;

    WHEREAS, the Health Promotion Program of the OSH Compliance Office sees the importance of
    informing workers about standard safety and health compliance practices; wherein initiating such
    program, recognizing its crucial role in promoting awareness, education, and adherence to safety
    protocols sets the stage for supporting actions or resolutions aimed at implementing and funding
    health promotion initiatives in workplaces; and

    WHEREAS, to effectively implement The Health at Work Program of the OSH Compliance Office,
    there is a need to purchase a Portable Sound System for the said campaign;

    NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PCOM SOCCSKSARGEN Officers and Board of Directors,
    TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH AT WORK PROGRAM OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF GENERAL
    SANTOS CITY OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) COMPLIANCE OFFICE AMOUNTING
    TO TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20,000.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF PORTABLE SOUND
    SYSTEM TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE HEALTH PROMOTION ACTIVITIES.
