    EARN DROPS

    I. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
    This action plan will surely have
    a benefits not only in my community
    but to the whole Tuguegarao City.
    II. RATIONALE:
    104 million of Filipinos, 9 million rely on
    unimprove, unsafe, unsustainable water
    sources and 19 million lack access to
    improve sanitation. Families without a safe
    water sources in or near their home often
    spend significant time and energy collecting
    water, this is one of the circumstances in the
    Philippines and some people in Tuguegarao
    City . It is also a big problem if our water
    resources will devour because of over using
    it.
    So here’s the solution: In the cities, were
    rushing down the streets can lead to
    flooding and overflowing sewers, new
    rain-harvesting buildings could serve as a
    alternative form of storm water
    management. In communities that get
    plenty of rain but lack safe drinking water,
    the building could act as water treatment
    plants. A company also envisions the
    systems scaled up for use in “ rain
    factories” to supply pure water for
    manufacturers.
    Here’s how it works: Falling rain is redirected
    through a series of filters, starting with a
    patented material called “bioconcrete” on the
    roof. Specially designed stainless steel pipes
    filter out more contaminants before the water
    lands in a cistern. The bioconcrete cistern has a
    key role in the process. It acts like a natural
    limestone cave formation, and orients and sets
    the pH to the ideal range. It further softens the
    otherwise naturally soft rain water. A silver
    surface in the tank keep its clean, and a final
    set of filters take care of the last step of
    purification. No chemicals are used.
    III. OBJECTIVES:
    a. to help those people in my
    community that is lack of
    water.
    b.To prevent easily flooding
    when it rain.
    c. To conserve water resources.
    IV. METHODOLOGY:
    The barangay officials together with the
    mayor will conduct a literary and awareness
    campaigns to inform all the people in our community.
    And for us to be able to protect and conserve water
    we need to earn money, for earning money, we
    should earn plastic bottles, waste or trash that can be
    sold out for us to create a bioconcrete cistern that can
    make every rain drops into a drinkable and useful
    water. We will save and sell those plastic bottles etc.
    as one, until we reach the amount of money that can
    be able to create a bioconcrete cistern.
    This plan also teach the people to treasure
    trash , by that our environment will also became clean
