    Christoffer Relander
    Christoffer was born in Finland, 1986. Relander first
    discovered his passion for photography while
    serving in the Finish Marines in 2008. His series We
    Are Nature is surreal images based on the
    relationship between man and nature. to create
    these incredible images Relander uses a Nikon
    D700. this camera is prefect for his work as it has a
    multiple exposure feature. This allowed up to nine
    separate exposures to be combined in the camera.
    Relander takes pride in the fact that he does not
    use a digital manipulation to create the final image.

    Alberto Seveso
    Seveso is an illustrator and digital
    photographer. He was born in Milan in
    1976. He has worked on high profile
    brands like: Adobe, Nikon, Sony and
    Disney etc. He has had no design class
    or a degree in the subject. Seveso is
    self taught, he began in the early 90s
    using graphic software like deluxe
    paint and Photoshop.

    The artist Alberto Seveso has


    created this image as part if his
    a due Colori series. Mixing two
    inks together in water and
    capturing their interactions at
    high speed photography. I like
    the fact that he is able to take
    the photo just as two colours are
    about to mix. He puts the ink
    against a white background to
    make sure there isn't any
    distraction. The swirly pattern
    makes the image look more like
    it has been stopped in time. The
    texture of the ink is soft and it
    seems like the ink is floating
    down. I like the interesting
    shapes this ink makes when it
    comes into contact with the
    water. another thing I admire
    about this image is the surreal
    mood it has to it.

    In this series Ritratto di una prefetta sconosciuta (porttrait of a prefect


    stranger). Here he uses a technique called sperm shaping which he
    created. It is a unique blend of vectors, colorizing and portrait photography.
    The swirly patterns add elegance to the image. He constantly chose to hid
    some parts of the face creating mystery to each piece.
    I like the fact that Seveso follows the structure of the face/body when
    creating his vectors. Thia make the image look more harmonic as both parts
    fit together. Another thing I like is the drop shadow added to some of the
    layers within the image. This is because it creates a 3D effect making the

    John Clang
    Clang was born in 1973 in Singapore.
    Clang fascination on time,
    displacement and existence influence
    his work. He has a total of 27 different
    short series. In 2011, he was the first
    photographer to receive the designer
    of the year awards at the president
    design award.

    This series time is all about the


    recording of a location, to show the
    passing of time in a montage style. I
    like the fact that he manipulates
    time, the location is the same and not
    much changes but it is the people
    that change how this location looks.
    Clang uses a filter; it creates the
    sense that the picture is older than it
    is. this adds to the element of him
    playing with time. Another thing I like
    about his images is the he portrays
    how a person can share one space
