operation through education of department managers on budgetary
issues impacting their budgets and ongoing departmental performance

Act as the company spokesperson for media communication excluding


financial, investor relations and legal matters

Oversee the entire human resources function and activities

Evaluate the administrative division structure and team plan for


continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group
