Remember that this overlaps with Activity Duration Estimate process. o Determine Budget has Funding Limit Reconciliation as TT which produces output of Project funding requirements o Project documents are updated in all 3 process outputs. Quality Management: o Plan Quality creates: 2 plans in output Quality management plan Process improvement plan 2 other outputs start with Quality Quality metrics Quality Checklist o TT for Quality planning is CCCB SPADF o PQC has all outputs of PQA + 3 more outputs. Quality control measurements Validated Changes Validated deliverables

There are 10 TT for PQC. Out of which 7 Tools are for PQC. Remember Inspection appears as TT here and in Scope verification

HR Management o Resource calendar which is output of Acquire Project team is input to Activity Duration Estimates, Activity resource estimates, Develop Schedule , Determine budget process and Develop project team process. o Resource calendar is output to conduct procurement process also, however it refers to calendar of contracted resources. Communication Management o MIC (Management skills, Interpersonal skills and communication methods) is required to manage stakeholder expectations o TT For plan communications is CCCC Risk Management: o First 4 processes have only one output. o Risk Register is updated in all processes after it is created in Indentify Risks process o Remember ITTO for Risk Management process Procurement Management: o No shortcuts in procurement management Project Charter is input for only for: Identify Stakeholders Develop Project management plan Collect Requirements Define Scope Project Calendar: o Remember project calendar is updated (not created) in Schedule Development o Project calendar is part of organizational process assets and Project files. Forecasting o Forecasting is TT in Control Cost to produce budgeted forecast as output. o Budgeted forecast is input to Report performance o Run charts are tool used for forecasts o Report performance (Performance reports) also has forecasts o Forecasting methods is TT for Report performance process o Monitor and control project work process can update forecasts Contract which is output of Conduct procurement process is input to Administer procurements and Budget costs
