This user manual contains the basic instructions for the practical use of your automatic door. Please read it carefully and should you have any doubts, please consult an authorized installer.

Operating modes
A 7-segment, 2-digit display: shows the selected operating mode in any of the following languages: Spanish, French, English, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Catalan. If the self-diagnostic system detects any malfunction, it will display a flashing numeric code to indicate the type of malfunction.

*This mode can only be accessed using the manusa remote control in combination with an Optima Selector. To configure this mode, you should request the assistance of a Manusa authorized technical service.-

ROTATIVE Selector: Turn the key to OPTIMA selector: Press until OP appears on the display.
The door will open, after which the door leaves can be moved manually.
The door will open every time an inside or outside detector, sensor or device is activated.

The door will only open when the inside detector, sensor or device is activated. The outside detector or activation device remains disabled.
On doors without an automatic lock, this operating mode will close the door and will release the leaves. On doors equiped with an automatic lock the leaves will close and will remain blocked by the lock *

NOTE: If the door is equiped with an automatic lock, the leaves will remain blocked while they are in closed position.
When a detector is activated, the door will open partially, leaving a reduced clear width depending on the configuration chosen. ok

*When circumstances require, an authorized service technician can configure the door to delay activation of the lock, increasing this delay time to let users reach the door and walk trhough it before the leaves close and get blocked by the automatic lock.

After a power failure, the door will open automatically by means of the fail-safe batteries, except when the power failure occurs in CL closed mode, in which case the door will remain closed. During power failure, the door can be opened or closed manually. Turn hold 0.5 seconds Remove When power is restored, the door will return to the last operating mode selected on the Rotative or Optima selector and will continue operating in that mode. To open the door from outside during power failure, simply slide the leaves manually to open position.
After a power failure, the door will open automatically by means of the failsafe batteries, except when the power failure occurs in CL closed mode, in which case the door will remain closed. During power failure, the door can be opened or closed manually. The leaves can also be blocked and unblocked activating the lock by means of the manual handle or the outside key switch (optional). This requires the following steps:

To open the door (Fig. 2-4) Push the lock handle from inside (1.a) or activate the outside key switch from outside (1.b*). Slide the leaves manually to open position (1.c).
NOTE: If a rotative selector is used, before leaving the premises turn the key to CLOSE operating mode. Then close the door leaves manually as described in the above paragraph. When power is restored, the door will resume operation in the operating mode selected on the Rotative or Optima selector. When using an Optima selector, if the lock is blocking the door leaves when power is restored, it will automatically change to CLOSE mode, keeping the leaves blocked. To open the door from outside during power failure: if the doors are blocked by the automatic lock, you must use the outside key switch to change the lock position. The doors will be unblocked, then slide them manually to open position. If the lock is already released, just slide the leaves manually to open position.
NOTE: In the first opening cycle after power has been restored, the door will open slowly to recognize its position, after which it will continue operating as usual.

To close the door (Fig. 2-5) Slide the leaves manually to close position (2.a). Pull the lock handle from inside (2.b), or activate the outside key switch from outside (2.c*).
Select the operating mode to Open (OP). The leaves will open and remain unblock. 2- To clean the door leaves, slide them manually to close position and clean them using a window cleaning product. 3- To resume operation, select automatic (AU) or any other operating mode.

4 - INDICATION OF MALFUNCTIONS
The door is equipped with a self-monitoring system.
Door with ROTATIVE selector To resume operation, turn the key to the OPEN mode followed by AUTOMATIC. Should the malfunction persists after this simple operation, please contact immediately an authorized manusa technical service for assistance.

Door with OPTIMA selector If the sefl-monitoring system detects any malfunction during door operation, a numeric code will flash on the display indicating the type of malfunction. In most cases, to clear the display and resume normal operation, simply change the operating mode to open (OP), then to automatic (AU). Should the malfunction persist after this simple operation, please contact immediately an authorized manusa technical service and report the numeric code to let them identify the malfunction type.
