terms of the offer which, if you accept, will govern your employment.

Allowance : 500.00 ( AED: FIVE HUNDRED ONLY)

Total Salary : AED: 2,500.00 + OT
During the period of your employment with M/s BLUE RECTANGLE INTERIOR DECORATION LLC. , you will be issued a
3. residence visa. The residence visa once issued is renewable for every two years, During the first 2 years of your employment with us,
you will not be allowed to join any other organization or compay in the region who are dealing in the same Business.
This shall be without prejudice to any rights provided for under the UAE Labour Law, in case of termination by the employer.
Medical Examination: You will be required to undergo and pass the UAE Government standard medical examination, The cost of the
4. pre-employment medical examinations will be borne by the company. If, for any reason you do not pass required medical
examinations, this offer of employment will be null and void.
5. Pre - Conditions : This offer of employment is subject to all of the following conditions having been met:
1. Satisfactory completion of the necessary medical examinations as referred to above.

2. The company being able to obtain and retain the visa necessary for your employment in qatar as required by the Government of UAE.
3. The employee being able to comply with any migration procedures required by their country of origin. The Company will not bear any associated
costs or any reponsibility for non-compliance.
4. Satisfactory completion of security checks, and police clearance where required.
5. Satisfactory proof being received by the company, of your qualifications and experience, as given in the correspondence / CV produced prior to
this offer.
6. M/s BLUE RECTANGLE INTERIOR DECORATION LLC. being your sole employer.
7. Any other reqirements provided for under UAE Law.
6 Leave: Your annual vacation of 60 calendar days for per Two year of complete service.
7 Working Days: 6 Days a week and 8 hours daily.
Travel Benefits : on completion of every 24 months service with M/s BLUE RECTANGLE INTERIOR DECORATION LLC., you will
8 enjoy travel facilities on with staff travel policy. The details of this eligibility will be provided to you separately when you commence
duties.
Probation: Your role will have a six months period. On successful completion of the probation period, your employment will be
9 termed as permanent and you will be issued an employment confirmation letter. The probation period may extend to three months
more if the necessity arose.
Termination: Our employment relationship is terminable at will, which means that either party may terminate the employment at any
10 time, and for any reason. The contractual notice period as defined below will apply.
Contractual Notice Period: During probation , the employment contract can be terminated by either party by terminate the

employment at any time, and for any reason. The contractual notice period as defined below will apply for 60 Days.
12 End of Service Benefits: You will be entitled to end of service benefits as per UAE Labour Law/ Company policy.
Non- Disclosure Declaration - Confidentiality and Business Conduct: you will be subject to the M/s BLUE RECTANGLE
13 INTERIOR DECORATION LLC. Non-Declaration - Confidentiality and Business Conduct, Which is enclosed with this letter and must
be signed and returned by you before any employment relationship will be effective.
14 Certain Acts: During employment with the company, you will not do anything compete with the company's Present or contemplated
business, nor will you plan, organize or implement business strategies for other.
15 Governing Law: This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Government Laws.
Please note any policy changes that occur subsequent to the date of your signing acceptance of this contract and the date of your
joining the company, will apply to you at the time of joining.
Thereafter, you will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions of your employment in writing.
