JOB CONTRACT REF NO: ST373060820AE Date: 21/04/2022

This contract of employment is entered between JB OIL & GAS ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
(Herein after referred to as Employer) and ROSO ALEXANDER QUINTERO MEDINA (herein after referred
to as Employee) on this day 21th DAY OF APRIL, 2022 upon receiving the Offer Contract Letter. We are
confident that you will find this new opportunity both challenging and rewarding.

The following points outline the terms and conditions we are proposing. NOW THEREFORE THE PARTIES
agree as follows:

1. REMUNERATION

POSITION TITLE : WORKOVER SUPERVISOR


DURATION OF CONTRACT : 2 YEARS BUT RENEWABLE AFTER TWO YEARS
START UP DATE : 20th OF JUNE, 2022
TRAINING PERIOD : 7 DAYS TRAINING PRIOR TO JOINING DATE
MONTHLY SALARY : US$6,500,00(UNITED STATES DOLLARS)
PLACE OF WORK : ABU DHABI - UAE
PROBATION PERIOD : NIL
WORKING HOURS : 8 HOURS PER DAY
VACATION : 2 DAYS PER WEEK
WORKING DAYS : MONDAY TO FRIDAY
ANNUAL LEAVE : 30 DAYS PER YEAR
AIR TICKET DURING LEAVE : TWICE IN A YEAR (ISSUED BY THE COMPANY)
ACCOMMODATION : WELL-FURNISHED PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
TRANSPORTATION : PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
AIR TICKET WHILE JOINING : PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
MEDICAL BENEFITS : PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY
GRATUITY : AS PER UAE
NOTICE PERIOD : 1 MONTH
MATERNITY LEAVE : 60 DAYS PAID
SICK LEAVE : 15 DAYS PAID
LEAVE ALLOWANCE : US$3000 (UNITED STATES DOLLARS)
2. REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES MADE: Expenses incurred by the employee related to job before
commencement of duties will be substantiated with receipts and the employer will reimburse the employee not
later than Five (5) working days after approval and submission of employee’s expense report and receipts in
accordance with U.A.E Expatriate Laws.

3. ALLOWANCES/ENTITLEMENTS: Car maintenance: US$12,000.00 (Yearly)


House & furnishings: US$15,000.00(Yearly). Entertainment & Recreation: US$4,100,00(Yearly). Travel &
Events: US$8,500,00(Yearly). The Employee will be entitled to Three (3) Months advance salary after he or
she completes the processing of their Visa/Work Permit by the agreed agent before they will embark on their
journey to assume duty. This is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no
excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.

4. HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF: The Employees are entitled to 30 calendar days of paid vacation after
they have been employed for one year. Employees are entitled to official public holidays declared for the
sector in which they are working (public or private). Muslim employees are also entitled to 30 days’ unpaid
leave during their employment to perform Hajj (pilgrimage).

5. PASSES, CERTIFICATE AND LICENCES: Employee shall obtain and maintain at its own expenses
all authorizations, passes, certificate and licences as may be necessary for the performance of the Works,
and which are required to be or can be obtained in the name of Company. Employee is required to comply
with all Government and Hospital regulations relating to security and immigration matters as are applicable
through the Legal attorney agent.

Any candidate that accepts this offer will have to contact the Immigration Lawyer in charge of processing all
documents/certificates for selected candidates and shoulder all the expenses for the processing, procurement
and acquisition of their necessary traveling papers with the MINISTRY OF INTERIOR and the Company
will be reimbursing back the expenses.

NB: Any Employee who does not have Passport, should notify us earlier to enable us to arrange for an
Emergency Travelling Certificate for him/her.

6. MEDICAL EXPENSES: Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of
contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family. Life Insurance,
Medical Insurance, Etc.

7. VISA AND WORK PERMIT:


The employee is requested to contact the office of our IMMIGRATION LAWYER to process their Visa/Work Permit.
That will enable us to sponsor your Flight Ticket and other traveling materials as soon as possible. The Immigration
Lawyer will guide you with all the necessary requirements/fee to assist you to process your Visa/Work Permit. Note
that any expenses incurred shall be refunded back to you after 5 working days of concluding all the requirements.
There shall be a 1-week orientation training upon your arrival in the UAE to enable you to get familiar with your job
description and the new environment.

8. AMENDMENT/TERMINATION: This Agreement may be amended or cancelled by mutual agreement


of the parties without the consent of any other person and, so long as the Employee lives, no person, other
than the parties hereto, shall have any rights under or interest in this Agreement or the subject matter here of
the Employment Period shall terminate as of the earliest.

9. RENEWAL: This agreement shall remain in force for a period of Two years and extendable by mutual
consent accordance with the Labour Laws of U.A.E.

10. CONTRACT UNDERSTANDING: In witness whereof, the parties declare that they have read and
fully aware of all the terms and conditions of this contract and that they signed below in full bona-fide,
hereby entered into contractual commitment and provision of this contract agreement based on the conduct
of the parties herein through the period of the agreement, both parties may decide to extend the agreement in
the future, where term of responsibilities and relationship will be better defined and expatriated.

11. IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE SIGNING: CONSIDERING THE CURRENT PANDEMIC FACING
THE WORLD, NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT SHOULDERING EXPENSES FOR YOUR VISA/WORK PERMIT.
HENCE INTERESTED CANDIDATES ARE TO PAY THESE ON THE INITIAL AND JB OIL & GAS – UAE
WILL REFUND THE EXPENSES AFTER 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO RECEIVING A PROOF OF PAYMENT
MADE TO OUR IMMIGRATION LAWYER.

Upon review and acceptance of this Contract Package, sign on the last page and send us back the
scanned copy of the Acceptance (Last) Page.
