    This has reference to your Application and subsequent interview you had with us; we
    are pleased to issue your detailed appointment letter as per the terms and conditions
    mentioned below:
    1. Date of Joining : 15-06-2022
    Designation : Quality Engineer
    Present place to work : Bangalore plant
    Salary & Allowances/CTC : 3,25,000/- P.A
    2. Salary,Allowances and the Benefits paid shall be subject to statutory
    deductions as applicable.

    3. You will be on probation for the period of 3 months from the date of joining i.e,
    15/09/2022. During the probationary period,your services will be terminated at
    any time without assigning any reason or notice or compensation.Some of the
    important requisties of confirmation of your appointment in Company are your
    performance,quality of work,competence,attendance,sincerity,discipline
    andsocial attitude like co-operationwith others.On completion of your
    probation,your services may be confirmed in writing and unless the letter to that
    effect is issued you will continue to be on probation and your probation is
    deemed to be extended.

    4. During your employment with company or thereafter you shall not


    discuss,divulge or communicate to any person or persons any information
    relating to the trade of the company.
    5. You shall carry out all the instructions and duties given to you from time to time
    by your superiors at their sole discussion and the exigencies of the companys
    work may demand.

    6. That the management shall have the right to get you medically examined or re-
    examined at any time by registered medical practitioners, eye specialist or any
    medical officer appointed for the purpose whose findings will be final and
    binding upon you.Your continuation in service will be subject to your remaining
    physically and mentaly fit and alert.

    7. Your service can be transferred by the company to any of its Division/Branch


    or group companies,anywhere in India.In the event of such transfer your
    services will be governed by the rules and conditions prevailing in that
    compamy or the establishment.

    8. After confirmation should there be any reason for separation from either
    side,one month notice or gross salary in lieu of notice shall be given by either
    party to the other for its intention of terminating this contract of employment.

    9. You shall retire on complication of 60 years of your age.

    10. Your service will be governed by the Human resource policy manual,Rules and
    regulations of the company no in force and to be in force from time to time.

    11. This appointment is being made on the understand that the information given
    by you is correct hand complete.If it is found any time thet the information given
    by you is not correct,this appointment will be withdrawn and your service will be
    terminated with immediate effect.Besides this the company may take other
    legal action if deemed necessary.

    We are issuing this letter in duplicate please return one copy of this letter duly signed
    as a token of your acceptance of all the terms and conditions.
