1. Describe the pace of life and lifestyle of people today. Talk about the
importance of health and a healthy lifestyle. Describe the pace of life and lifestyle
of people in today's life. Talk about the importance of health and a healthy
lifestyle.

2. Talk about the current situation of students with unhealthy lifestyles, and give
measures to prevent and build a healthy lifestyle.

a. Currently:

 Nowadays, phones are probably something that is always with

us, whether old or young. And owning such smart devices also
brings many negative aspects. Nowadays, many young people
spend too much time on phones and electronic devices such as
playing games or texting, leading to less exercise and increased
risk of obesity, along with a diet high in fast food and sugar.
Always being "present" on social networking platforms,
notifications from applications and quickly replying to
messages can cause stress and anxiety for users, especially
when they are too dependent on the device. But besides that,
students also have to endure a lot of pressure from studying. In
some learning environments, especially prestigious schools,
competition is very fierce. This can make students feel
pressured to always have good results, or have outstanding
achievements, which makes them susceptible to stress and
anxiety.

b. Reasons:

 First, the most important reason for unhealthy lifestyles is

academic pressure. This is evident in the fact that students have
too much homework and deadlines, so they often choose to stay
up late to do these assignments because they go to school all
day and come home when it is already dark. When studying at
night, they always feel sleepy and lack energy, so they often
choose to drink stimulants such as coffee, cocoa, tea, etc. A
more common cause is the temptation of the internet, for
example, when you finish your homework, you go to bed
immediately, but you choose to play games or text with friends
and stay up until morning, or when you have free time, you do
not exercise but play games instead. When the study schedule is
too tight, it will lead to students having no time to eat at home
and the last choice is fast food and soft drinks. Over time, this
will become a bad habit that affects their health and
lifestyle. And the objective cause leading to the above problems
is the lack of attention and care from family affecting the
thinking of today's youth about a healthy lifestyle.

c. Consequences:

 So, there are many drawbacks caused by an unhealthy lifestyle.

Starting with the bad grades at school. With an unhealthy
lifestyle, students tend to spend less time sleeping, which leads
to lack of concentration and that affects their learning outcomes
severely. Moreover, the risk of having health problems will be
increased greatly. When they have less sleep and eat more fast
food, some diseases they need to deal with are obesity, diabetes
and also stroke if they continue the same habit for a long time.
Finally, they can easily catch up in social evils. After a long
time of having an unhealthy lifestyle, they will completely
change their behavior, turning from an innocent into a criminal.
For instance, if a child forms a habit of eating fast food, or
buying expensive stuff then one day they will have no money
left and think about robbing to meet their demand, which is
perilous for their future.

d. Measures:

 Here are measures to improve our general well-being. First,

developing a healthy and scientific schedule. By living and
satisfying your basic demands like eating, sleeping, studying,
having a shower… in order and suit for human’s biological
clock. For example, a normal person need 3 meals, 8 hours
sleep, have a shower, work out, contact with other every day to
have a good general well being. Also, make sure to Eat
vegetables, fresh food, drinking enough water (about 1.5-2
liters a day), cover your body in sunlight… to provide to your
body enough nutrients and it’s another demand is really
necessary for you to develop perfectly. The second key for a
long and healthy life is to avoid and give up bad habits such as
staying away from electronic devices before going to bed to
improve your sleep a lot. Or giving up fast food and soft drinks
because consuming too much fat and sugar can make you
obese, many diseases which can destroy your fit or health.
Finally, having regular treatment from a doctor, a general health
check per 6 months prevents many diseases before they go
serious. Moreover,if you find any unusual problems on your
body, tell your parents and go to a medical facility as soon as
possible.Having special care for yourself is never enough.
