Today's students are considered digital citizens, so accessing social networking platforms
is easy, you can see articles about healthy eating, clean diet or simply exercising

this content is also invested in by the young generation in terms of content quality,
constantly spreading positively every day. In particular, these contents are always popular
and have a certain influence on the community. The influence comes not only from the

Another unhealthy lifestyle that quickly reduces life expectancy is smoking and drinking
too much alcohol. It can be easily seen that today's students have been using e-cigarettes
since they were very young. On the street, you can easily see high school students who
know how to smoke e-cigarettes. Smoking causes lung cancer not only for the smoker
himself but also for those around him who breathe in the smoke.
Besides the factors mentioned above, there are also stress factors that also make your life
worse. Many people wonder why prolonged stress is one of the unhealthy lifestyles that
quickly reduces life expectancy. Simply because prolonged stress can cause serious harm
to organs in the body. Prolonged stress produces hormones that can lead to high blood
pressure, a weakened immune system, and even poor digestion.
Finally, the most important factor in leading an unhealthy lifestyle is drinking less water.
Water is essential for each of our bodies. Every day we need to drink at least 2 liters of
water. Because if you drink too little water, your body will be dehydrated, making it
difficult or slower to eliminate toxins. In addition, lack of water can also accelerate the
aging process and reduce longevity.
