    E. Activity In-Service Training is the process by which teachers engage

    their professional knowledge and skills so they can perform
    their duties effectively. It boosts up the efficiency and
    effectiveness of the teachers.

    best used in the teaching and learning process.

    Activity forum to be adopted and applied.

    II- RESULTS
    Achievement The objectives were carried out through the unparalleled
    of Objectives effort and 100% attendance of the school head and
    teachers.

    Objectives were carried out 100%.
    2. Methodology
    School In-Service Training was successfully conducted. An
    exchange of insights/ideas and brainstorming are made
    possible since everybody will be benefited.
    3. Management of the Activity
    The activity started with a short program, followed by the
    in-service proper which is the deliberation of topics by each
    assigned resource speakers, open forum and closing
    program.
    4. Audience Participation
    Participants were very active, participative and
    enthusiastically cooperative.
