Từ để hỏi (when,where, how, who, whom, whose, what, which) và

whether đứng trước To-infinitive.

Mỗi cặp câu ví dụ có nghĩa giống nhau.

Chú ý:

(Wh) + to-Infinitive = should / can / could+ V

Ví dụ:
