● Project file
● Plugins
● Presets
● Font (Coolvetica)

Your Role
To create an entertaining video that is a good watching experience for our viewers, while
maintaining the branding of the channel and the quality that we are striving for.

Your Process
1. Find the most relevant & accurate footage of what the VO is talking about. Dig around
the internet to find the highest quality clips/images (1080p preferred always)
available of the mentioned topics.

NOTE: You can use low quality images/clips in the worst case scenario when there aren't
any high quality ones available/accessible on the internet.
2. At the very beginning of the video, there needs to be a cinematic sound effect with a
subtle flash to catch the audience’s attention. But make sure the sound effect is not too
loud or unpleasant
There are several sound effects available in the project file for fulfilling the requirement, please
use the most appropriate one that suits the video you’re making.

Check this reference video for better understanding.

3. The intro of the video requires the title text to be shown in the following way.

You can copy the same text preset and overlay from this project file.

4. Highlight the main subject(s) introduced in the video same as the following. Use high
quality PNGs & make sure they’re perfectly cut out from the image’s BG.

You can pick the required assets from this project file in order to replicate the same.

5. You’ve to put sound effects throughout the whole video creatively, observe what the
clips used in the video are portraying and use some subtle sound effects behind the
VO. Make sure these sound effects are not too repetitive and loud, keep them subtle and
engaging!

We have a library of sound effects available in the project file, please go through the ‘SOUND
EFFECTS’ sequence for finding the most suitable sound effects.

6. Show the relevant subjects with the help of 3d parallax effect, you can recreate this in
premiere pro using the templates from the project file. There are different variants
available for single, dual or triple figures in the project file, use them accordingly.

These images are strictly required to be for at least 12-15 times throughout the whole video.
Following is an example of the same:

NOTE: To reduce redundancy, use the flipped templates from the project file too.

You can use the 3d templates from this project file for replicating the same.

7. You’ve to make the video over 8 minutes, always. Use original video + audio clips of
the topics & moments at the point where the VO reveals that particular information.
Make sure the clip lasts 6-8 seconds max.
NOTE: DON’T put random clips with just the BGM to fill up the requirement. You have to
use clips with the real audio after a good amount of interval and those clips must last 6-8
seconds MAX, as mentioned above.

8. BGMs in every video are required to be very engaging and may change with the
pace/emotion of each of the segments in the video. DON’T RANDOMLY PUT different
BGMs just for the sake of changing it, make sure it fits well with every custom
situation.

Check the reference video in order to understand about the BGM usage.

Make sure all of the music used in the video is copyright-free.

9. Highlight some of the articles of major events or news with impactful statements
that are relevant to the video. Example of the same:
NOTE: While using such articles with highlighted lines, please make sure you’re using
the highlighter sound effect synced with the yellow lines.

You can replicate this same effect using these presets.

10. Highlight specific subjects or moments where it requires to be highlighted. Do create a

moment of focus on the important event that is being shown in the source clip.
Example of the same:

You can copy this vignette effect from this project file.

11. Insert text subtitles with a subtle blur effect in order to highlight any text that sounds
appealing and may look engaging if shown in the video. Don’t randomly use any text just
for the sake of fulfilling the criteria, please make sure the texts used are making sense!

You can pick the text preset from this project file.

12. The PIP mode images/clips need to appear with smooth slide ins and outs. Try to
keep their duration as low as possible & make sure the transitions of images/clips are
done smoothly.

Following is an example of the same:

Here’re some of the presets for the slide effects.

13. Whenever there’s an interview mentioned in the video, include a split screen of the
referred topic to add more context and relevance to the video.

Following is an example of the same:

Here’s a preset for easily cropping out the split screen.

14. Always include the CTA Animations (Like, subscribe, comment etc) in the outro even
if the voiceover doesn’t mention so. Pick the exact same CTA for each of the videos
from the project file.

Here’s the reference video compiling everything mentioned above & represents the quality
standards we require. Make sure the video you’re making maintains the quality standards of the
reference video and looks fun to watch!

DON'T forget to pay extra attention to the pace and sound effects in the video. Even if the VO
refers to the same topic for a longer duration, you’ve to add the same information through
different articles, images, clips, etc. Just make sure the video is fast paced and not dragging
enough to lose retention.
The ultimate goal of these videos is to make them entertaining to watch and ensure a longer
retention time. The videos should be engaging, but not distracting or too over the top. With all of
that in mind, here is a link to the project file again.

Things To Avoid

1. DON’T blur any of the logos, watermarks, random texts, lower thirds, scoreboards and
other graphics visible from the source videos. If possible, just crop them out or scale
in to hide the logo/watermark, if not then you can leave it visible in the video.

2. DON’T include clips/images for a longer duration (over 5 seconds) EVER, as this may
ruin the overall vibe of the video by making the pace slower and boring. Keep the video
hyped with fast cuts and more often changes in effects.

3. DON’T overuse transitions in order to make the video faster, as it may end up looking
like a senseless edit . Keep the pace of transitions usage a bit low and use them only
where it suits the video the most.

4. DON’T misuse 3d camera tool and other effects to make the video look absurd, ugly,
disgusting & aesthetically not too pleasing. Always try making the video with minimal
and elegant effects that appear pleasing to the audience, not harsh. It should be a
visual treat to the viewers.

5. DON’T include any interview or other content mentioning offensive or vulgar words,
make sure to beep those words and also beep all the cuss words narrated in the VO too.

Link to the preferred beep sound effect

6. Make sure the images used are NOT cutting off the screen. Please frame the
images/clips precisely and make the main subject appear fully into the frame.
7. Make sure that NONE of the images/clips appear more than twice in the same video
and the ones that are used twice should better have a good amount of duration gap
between them.

8. DON’T include any other visual effects or text overlays other than what we’ve provided
with you above. You’ve the creative freedom to make the video look better overall but
NO NEED to include anything extra or newer than the reference video and tutorials. Just
stick to the editing style we demonstrated above and give your best in order to maintain
the quality standards!

9. Lastly, AVOID silly mistakes such as misspelled texts, misplaced clips, misplaced
transitions, misplaced sound effects, misplaced keyframes of an effect, etc. Make
sure to check your videos twice before sending them our way!
