To Whom It May Concern:

This is with regards to our refund from our ticket in your office last October
23, 2015. Your office has sent us an email that our refund was already approved
last November 3, 2015. Upon checking with our bank, there was no refund yet because
the bank account we gave you was already closed last August 14, 2015. As per
conversation with your staff last December 10, 2015, she told us that the refund
was deposited to our account last November 2, 2015 in the amount of P31,800 plus.
Upon checking with our bank (Metrobank -Dasmarinas Cavite Branch) no deposit was
made due to the fact that it is already closed. Attached please find the statement
of account dated December 14, 2015 that no transaction has transpired last November
3, 2015.
In line with this, please provide us the transaction receipt that you have
already deposited such amount and that it was fully validated by the bank where you
deposited it. If not, please deposit it to my new account number. Details as
follows:
