    Reassembling the clutch cover

    In case of ring (10) replacement, lubricate it with the specified product.


    Position the seal ring as shown in the figure.
    Using tool part no. 88713.8858 insert ring (10) in its seat.

    Lubricate seal (9) using the specified product.


    Position the sealing ring (9) with the groove facing out of the vehicle.
    Using tool part no. 88713.8864 fit ring (9) until the groove for snap ring insertion is clearly visible.
    Fit shim (8) and fasten the pack through snap ring (7).

    Check that the two O­rings (11) are not damaged. Replace them if necessary.

    Check that the pre­applied threadlocker is still present on the inspection plug (3). Otherwise, use the indicated product.
    Place washer (4) and start plug (3).
    Tighten plug (3) to a torque of 15 Nm (Min.14 ­ Max.16).
    Remove any excess of threadlocker.

    Apply the indicated product on the plug (1) of the engine timing hole.
    Place washer (2) and start plug (1).
    Tighten plug (1) to a torque of 20 Nm (Min.18 ­ Max.22).
    Remove any excess of threadlocker.

    Position the oil pressure sensor union and fasten using screw (5) with washers (6) in­between.
    Tighten screw (5) to a torque of 15 Nm (Min.14 ­ Max.16).

    Apply the specified product to the O­ring (12).


    Position O­ring (12) in its seat using tool part no. 88713.8864.
