1 Substructure "Vertical Posts

Are made of galvanized steel. The posts will be fixed between upper profile and
lower profile by means of adjustable spring/lock mechanism to absorb and level
uneven floors. The vertical posts have a self-locking system which allows a fast
fixation of the pre-fabricated wall panels and accessories without the use of any
screws. Thanks to a slide-in fastening system, the wall panel can be removed or
inserted easily with a suction cup. The particular design of the wall fixation makes
the system ""self-centering"" by gravity force guaranteeing a constant distance
between the wall panels of 4mm.

finishing of 60 microns, available in different RAL colours. Wall panels are designed
with rounded edges and equipped with a coupling system which allows an easy

"Plenum-type laminar-flow-style diffusers with H14 class HEPA filters, suitable for
operating rooms, preparation rooms and pharmacy aseptic suites. Depending on
the required size of the system, the proper number and size of hoods are integrated
in a supporting frame made of anodized aluminium. Small size systems are
delivered in a single-piece structure while, for bigger size, the laminar flow systems
are in two parts to be assembled on site. Every hood is supplied with a connection
for pressure drop test and upstream challenge aerosol concentration
measurement, with direct access from the room. The diffusers, thanks to their
properly designed perforation pattern, increase the air velocity downstream the
filters to avoid buoyancy effects even at low Δt values.
