    Dear Parents,

    Re.: Personal Enrichment Program (PEP) - Term 1

    We are pleased to inform you that the Personal Enrichment Program (PEP) for Term 1 will commence on
    Thursday, 24th October and conclude on 28th November for Yr. 1 to Yr. 13 students. Sessions will be held
    from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm. The list of activities is available on the Parent Portal under the Personal
    Enrichment Program section. While participation in these after-school activities is optional, we strongly
    encourage all students to take part.

    The dates for Term 1 PEP are:


    PEP 1 PEP 2 PEP 3 PEP 4 PEP 5 PEP 6
    24th October 31st October 7th November 14th November 21st November 28th November

    Steps to sign up for a PEP activity on the Parent Portal:


    1. Log in to Parent Portal
    2. Click on Personal Enrichment Program
    3. Click on PEP Registration Term 1
    4. Select an activity

    Registration for PEP sessions will open on the Parent Portal today Thursday at 4:00 pm and will close on
    Friday 18th October at the end of the day. Register as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.

    Transportation will be provided free of charge for students who are already using the bus service. For the
    safety of all, parents who are picking up their children must do so between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
    Students who are picked up late more than once will not be allowed to continue attending the after-school
    classes.

    FS1 and FS2 Students: During the Thursday PEP afternoons FS1 & FS2 bus students will depart from
    school at 12.00 p.m. and car pick up will be at the normal time of 1.00 pm.

    Bus Timings
    • FS1 & FS2 bus students will leave school at 12.00 pm.
    • Year 1 to year 13 bus students who are not participating in PEP will leave school at 2.20 pm.
    • Students collected by car who are not participating in PEP will leave school at the normal pick-up
    time in the afternoon at 3 pm.
    • Buses will leave school after PEP at 4.20 p.m.

    A consent form will be sent home shortly for you to sign and return, to enable students to participate. We
    look forward to the students enjoying their PEP after-school activities learning new skills, making new
    friends, and having fun.
