In case the Client requires any additional staff than indicated in the above tabulation chart for its own
purpose, the same should be indicated to the Service provider’s Site In charge.

02 No’s of Staff Accommodation, & One room for Executive Staff for free of cost or same should be
reimbursed by the client.
 ANNEXURE III
A OBLIGATIONS OF SMEL.-

An internal provision for communication with appropriate office area will be required for
InspirationHospitality Service at the site free of cost for proper functioning of operation.

A. IHS be responsible for cleaned and hygienic environment at Shyam Metalics & Energy Ltd. Campus
B. All cleaning materials, general toiletries and chemicals required for general
cleaning will be provided by IHS.
C. Waste disposal incase of outside of the campus will be in the scope of Shyam Metalics & Energy Ltd..
D. A pantry room will be required for executing the functions of housekeeping
Services smoothly.
E. Water & Electricity will be given free of cost.
F. IHS will deploy technical trained well groomed employees for the above
mentioned job scope.
G. IHS will maintain daily cleaning checklist system for perfection in the
housekeeping service which will be sent to concern person or any authorized
Authority for duly signed by them.

H. Waste management / Garbage disposal / Sludge Removal & disposal scope of Shyam Metalics &
Energy Ltd.
 ANNEXURE-IV
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The period of contract between Shyam Metalics & Energy Ltd. & Inspiration Hospitality Services
would be for One years.
2. APPLICABILITY OF THE RATES
Rates offered will detain firm for a period of 1 year from the date of contract
3. CHANGE OF RATES
Rates are based on the scope of work and the services offered. However in case of increase or
change in scope of work the rates will be revised
4. FORCE MAJEURE
During force majeure i.e. floods, riots, earthquakes, strikes etc. Inspiration Hospitality Services
will provide the utmost potential services in the given circumstances. The Lump sum charges
would be charged as applicable during this period of force majeure, however if it should
continue beyond fifteen days, services shall be provided on specific mutually agreeable terms
and conditions.
5. INVOICES
Invoices shall be raised for a monthly billing cycle. It will be the responsibility of the client to
reimburse the same within seven days of receiving the invoice.
6. ESCALATION
Though rates offered, will be fixed for 1 year, but in case of an exceptional augment in the cost
of Raw Material, Fuel, Labour, or any supplies which may directly or indirectly affect the cost of
services offered to the client, the Service provider will implore the client for a change in rates
which shall be calculated on the market forces which govern it.
7. Basic wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave, Travel Allowance, Provident Fund, Medical , ESIC
scheme, Food Allowance , Uniform, Laundry etc. This rate has been considered as per Govt.
notification rates will be revised
8. SERVICE CHARGES
Service charge is exclusive of service Tax, & would GST will be applicable on law of land Or
existing Govt. rate / services rendered by the Service Provider, which are not included in scope
of work.
9. MOBILIZATION PERIOD
The Mobilization Period after the receipt of a Letter of Intent in writing would be minimum
15Days .
10. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Either party can terminate the contract by serving 01 months notice.
