    Dear Bala Sundram,

    Hope you are doing well.

    With reference to your candidature with us, we are hiring you for the role of Welding Inspector. This will be on contract
    based.

    1. Employment Period:
    a. This employment shall be Initially Valid for 15 days or one Month Which may be Further Extended for 3
    months so on as per requirement.
    b. After completing this project, you shall be intimated to join next Project.
    c. Your continuation will depend on your performance during the project period.
    d. Your Service will be terminated with immediate effect if GEPL found your indiscipline, dishonesty or
    negligence of duty.

    2. Site Facilities:

    a. Accommodation and food shall be provided by Company free of cost

    3. TA/DA: Travel and food expenditure for Office to Site travelling shall be provided/reimbursed by Company from one
    side.

    4. Duties & Responsibilities: All type of applications of Weld Inspection, participation in Quality Control and Quality
    Assurance, Witness of NDT, Welding, Heat Treatment, Procedure Preparation, Performance, Documentation, Data
    Interpretation, Reporting and any other work to meet your duties and responsibilities related to TPI as per scope of
    work described in the order issued by Customer.

    5. Salary:

    a. Rs. 40,000.00 (Forty Thousand) Per Month.

    6. EPF: As per EPF Rules, you are not covered under EPF Rule but if Customer requires EPF Contribution compulsorily
    then you have to join EPF facility.

    7. Duty Cycle and Working Hours: You shall follow duty cycle (Day/Night) and duty hours as per directive of
    Customer.
    8. Site Culture: You shall work with team spirit, dedication to work and loyalty to your employer. Smoking, tobacco,
    alcohol etc. are restricted during duty hours and public place. You shall maintain and display a nice and gentleman
    behaviour during your entire stay at site. You shall actively participate in documentation, reporting, log book
    system being implemented time to time for site work.

    9. Medical Fitness Certificate: You Have to submit your medical Fitness Certificate at the of Joining

    10. Site Performance: GEPL Shall Obtain regular feedback of customer about your performance. You Stay and
    Working at site shall solely depend on Customer approval and satisfaction. in case of any dissatisfaction,
    indiscipline and disapproval by customer you shall be removed from the site without any salary and return
    expenditure.

    11. Bring Original Document for Verification:

    a) Education

    b) Professional Certificate

    c) Adhar

    d) Pan Card

    e) Employment and Experience

    f) Recent Photo & Bank Passbook.

    A formal letter of Appointment with the detailed structure will be issued to you on your joining.
