Instructions:
1. Learners will form in pairs and will work as a team to answer the questions given
in a quiz
bee format.
2. A scorer will be assigned to record the scores earned by each team.
3. The winning team will receive extra credits in the Final Exam.

 The teacher will present the key concepts on the 12 types of social media
users as the quiz bee progresses.

 While discussing, the teacher will also ask the learners several questions
about the concepts.

• Check feeds dozens of times a day. Happily admit their obsession.
• 14% of Facebook users spend at least two hours a day on the network

• 20% of Facebook users would feel “anxious” or “isolated “if they had to
deactivate their accounts.

The Virgins
• people that are new to social networks and may find it difficult to make full
use of them.

Teaching Strategy: Human Bingo


Materials: Human Bingo Cards

Significance: This activity aims to enhance learners’ interpersonal skills and their
ability to evaluate the different personality types of their classmates as media users.

Instructions:
1. The class will be divided into two sets.
2. Each set will be given a Human Bingo Card and will complete the card by filling in
the names
of their classmates who belong under the type of media user being specified in
the Human
Bingo Card.
3. The first learner in each set who will complete the Human Bingo card will receive
extra credits
during the Final Exam.
4. Learners will then share with the class their accomplished Human Bingo Card
through oral
presentation.
