TOPIC: A LONG & HEALTHY LIFE

PART 1:

1. Do you have a balanced diet?

Well, to be honest, to some extent, I would say yes. To keep myself in

shape, I try not to eat junk foods at all costs and consume
an adequate amount of macronutrients. The reason behind this is that
the balance between protein, fat, and carbohydrates allows my body to
function properly, while junk foods just lead to cardiovascular
diseases.
How do you try to maintain a healthy diet?
Honestly, to maintain good health, I focus on 2 things including
a proper diet and doing exercises on a regular basis. To be more
specific, I avoid eating junk food and increase the consumption of
vegetables, and I hit the gym 3 days a week.
2. Do you have any unhealthy habits that you’re woking on?
Well, I bet everyone is guilty of excessively indulging themselves to
some extent and I’m not an exception. Being a gamer and a night
owl prevent me from going to bed early. So yea, pulling an all
nighter seems normal to me.
3. How often do you visit a doctor for a check-up?
Health experts recommend that people have regular health
checkups 1-2 times a year to screen for health problems or
cancer for people at high risk . Therefore, I spend at least 2 times
a year on check-up.
4. How do you manage stress?
From my perspective, stress is one kind of mental health problem which
poses a threat to us. Therefore, managing and avoiding it is necessary if we
want to lead a healthy lifestyle. To do so, I have to maintain positive
thinking, exercise more to refresh my mind and consult doctors whenever I
feel stressed.to maintain positive thinking, exercise more to refresh my

5. What do you think are the benefits of regular exercise?
Healthy habits help me steer clear of various health issues
and ailments down the road. By maintaining a balanced diet and
staying active, I reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases like
heart disease or diabetes. For example, regular exercise strengthens my
immune system and keeps my energy levels up.
6. What do you think is biggest health challenge people face today?
Nowadays, people face up with some common health challenges, it
includes obesity, mental health disords (such as depression and
anxiety), cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and substance
abuse.
7. What do you think are the most ịmportant steps to take to protect
your health?
My favorite quote when it comes to my health is “You are what you
eat”. This means your diet directly leads to your health prospect. Thus, I
try my best to eat right by investing time and effort in researching what
to eat for the entire week and devising a personal healthy diet plan. So
far, it’s worked for me regarding staying healthy.
8. How do you prioritize your health in your daily life?
When life gets busy and your to-do list seems never-ending, it can be difficult to find
the time I need to take care of myself. However, I only have some ways to prioritize
this issue.

Get regular exercise. Just 30 minutes of walking every day can help boost your
mood and improve your health. Small amounts of exercise add up, so don’t be
discouraged if you can’t do 30 minutes at one time.

Eat healthy, regular meals, and stay hydrated. A balanced diet and plenty of water
can improve your energy and focus throughout the day. Also, limit caffeinated
beverages, such as soft drinks and coffee.
Make sleep a priority. Stick to a schedule, and make sure you’re getting enough
sleep. Blue light from devices and screens can make it harder to fall asleep, so
reduce blue light exposure from your phone or computer before bedtime.

PART 2:
Jogging is something I enjoy doing in my free time to keep in shape, so I’d like to
share that with you.

I started doing this roughly two years ago. I was under a lot of stress at the
time because I was studying nonstop to be ready for my graduation exam. Then
I decided to give jogging a try because I felt like I wanted to do something active
to relieve some stress.

Initially, I found it to be quite difficult to do this because I had a sedentary lifestyle.

Every day, I simply sat down in front of my computer to finish my
tasks. However, after a few days of experiencing muscle pain, I grew accustomed to
jogging and continued to do so in the evenings.

I must admit that this sport has greatly aided me in improving both my physical and
mental health. I was able to drop my chubby tummy weight and get thin because
of jogging. Now, to be really honest, I strive to keep my youthful appearance and am
pretty content with it. Additionally, I can relax while jogging and take in the fresh air,
and I always feel as though my mind is being renewed.

I’m planning to keep doing this in the future to stay healthy, and I could even attempt
some other sports.

In conclusion, jogging is seemed to play crucial role in my whole life. Up to now, I

can’t give up this healthy habit and will love it more.
