The COVID-19 pandemic means that many of us are staying at home and doing
less excercises or social interactions with others.Don't worry, even though we
can't go to the gym, today I will give you many options so that you can be in
shape. YOU ONLY NEED COMMITMENT.
The word health is often associated or attributed only with physical fitness , but
there are other components, such as mental health and appearance .
You know what I mean by appearance, you know right? Let me explain you with
this information. According to statistics from many magazines today Some
women have a common motive, it is to be in shape to gain followers. Social
networks today offer large sums of money to people with the largest number of
followers on the internet. if they are in shape they can get the best photos and
look good for their followers, for another , Most men realize that in general
women look for a person with a well toned body, it makes them just irresistible
and this is a powerful motivation for most men. Fortunately we can do some
activities now,
DAILY HEALTH
When you don’t chew your food enough, the rest of your digestive system
becomes confused. . This could lead to digestive problems such as nausea ,
headaches ,malnutrition ,indisgestion and in some cases skin problems. Make
sure not to forget this advice . Take your time to eat.
2) Have you ever heard that water is one of the main sources of health on the
planet? ¿is that so? The answer is yes. Large amounts of water in your body
enhance your digestion and also your immune system.
Staying hydrated is vital for our health and even though we’ve heard it many
times, it’s often overlooked. Although it is difficult to drink water throughout the
day (sometimes we forget to do it), one of the ultimate times to drink water is
first thing in the morning. After you wake up . Prior to finishing your day, you
should have drunk ten or twelve glasses of water.
Phyisical fitness
You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from regular physical activity. Even
modest amounts of physical activity can improve your health. You just need to
be constant
If you have been inactive for a while, you have to be careful , you could start
with easier activities, specifics goals .
First you have to Start with a small exercise such as walking at a gentle pace
for 10 minutes a day.Maybe you can say me ,¿Really? , that must be tired , but
let me say you are perfectly capable of doing this activity , it IS ESSENTIAL
FOR YOU TO EXERCISE FOR A EQUIVALENT OF 15 TO 30 MINUTES
AFTER YOU WAKE UP. WALKING IN THE PARK WILL HELP you TO KEEP
YOURSELF NOT ONLY IN GOOD SHAPE BUT ALSO MOTIVATED
THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DAY.Regular physical activity benefits both the
body and mind, It can reduce high blood pressure, help manage weight and
reduce the risk of heart disease .You can also prevent the origin of cancer with
excersises.
If you are persistent in this activity, you can start doing other options :
Lift weights : if you dont have weight at home you can use a book . One book in each
hand .
After you were in good physical condition you might start with other sports such as
cicling ,jogging .etc
“Not working a lot in front a computer or laptop .You could gain a lot of weight . “3665

Learn to Laugh
I'm not quite sure if this advice will work with the new generation, but with you it
could work.
No matter how busy you are or how tensed you are, try to laugh. Also, try to
make others laugh. Laughing is the best medicine and makes your stress
disappear in few moments.
While watching television, make sure that the whole family sits together and
often choose shows full of a good sense of humor. You can also read out jokes
or funny stories to your kids at bedtime to have a happy and distressed
atmosphere before falling asleep
Reading has benefits to both your physical and mental health and those
benefits can last a lifetime. Not only can reading stimulate growth, but it can
help to reduce stress, prevent age-related cognitive decline and promote a good
night’s sleep. Reading is the workout for your mental health and, the same way
you take care of your body, it’s important to take care of your brain.
Get a Good Sleep
Sleep is really important for our physical and mental health. Sleep helps to regulate the
chemicals in our brain that transmit information. These chemicals are important in
managing our moods and emotions. If we don't get enough sleep, we can start to feel
depressed or anxious. You should sleep 8 hours minimun
Do Yoga
Being able to control stress better can reduce its impact on your
body, which can decrease symptoms and physical aggravation such
as depression .
Medicines
Speaking of medicines , If you are not a person with a long-lasting disease such
as arthritis, diabetes, cancer, etc. I do not recommend the use of excessive
medications to cure simple stomach aches or to improve physical performance
such as steroids. In fact most professinals think that Some medication can
cause problems in people . Before taking any new medications or therapies,
inform your doctor or pharmacist about your condition, you cannot self-medicate
Make sure medicines are all kept in one place in the home because if
.
This tip is especially for everyone who is an adult. Ensure that every adult
member of your family goes for a regular medical examination in every six
months. Be it your physician, your dentist or family doctor, regularize your visits
so that problems can be tracked and treated in time.
How much you should eat depends on your genes, sex, age, and how active
you are. if you eat and drink more calories than your body uses or “burns off,”
your body will acumulate the extra energy, leading to weight gain.In little words
you need to calculate calories .
I have eliminated all these kinds of routines for my health . You also need to
get rid of of these routines. I know that If you work out, everyday , you will feel
better.
Conclusion
I learned that a lot of my habits are not good for my health overall. Getting up
and going on the computer and then going to bed is not enough to fully exercise
my body. I learned that some of my practices like brushing my teeth should be
done more than two times a day instead of just two times or one time a day. I
also learned that it is harder to complete a goal when a time limit is set, as it is
more difficult to do something when you have an impending time limit over your
head. I learned that I am not in as good shape as I thought I was, especially that
regarding to stamina. I also learned that PE was not going to be the "easiest"
class that some thought of it to be. I believe it challenged me even more than
some of my other classes did and this actually benefit me as well as got me to
pay attention to important information regarding my health.
