Eating
What food do you like eating? Why? How can we eat healthily?

I like eating Japanese food best. There are many Japanese restaurants in Hong
Kong. Japanese food is good for our health. Two of the major ingredients are fish
and rice. The most renowned dishes are sushi and sashimi. They are not cooked
with oil. Sometimes, we can even eat the fish raw.

To develop healthy eating habits, we should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables,
plenty of bread, rice, potatoes, and pasta. Meat, fish, eggs, and beans are also
very important. We should have some milk and dairy foods every day as well.
We should not intake too much fat or sugar.

To conclude, a healthy diet is important for us. We should eat more healthy food
and get rid of all kinds of junk foods.
