Food is vital for our health, and it's categorized into different
groups. Some food belong to the fruit group, like apples and
bananas. You should eat some of these every day. In the
vegetable group, there are options like carrots and broccoli. You
should also have some of these in your meals. The dairy group
includes milk and cheese. You need some dairy for strong bones.
In the protein group, there are meats like chicken and fish. A vegan
diet doesn’t include any animal-based protein, though. In the grain
group, you can find bread and rice. Make sure to include some
grains in your diet for a balanced meal. Don't forget to have any
food from each group regularly. Enjoy your meals!
