Question 5.1: Talking about transportation.

A. Guided questions:
1. What form of transport do you usually use?
2. What will become the most popular means of transportation in the future?
3. How has the transport system in your hometown changed in the past few
decades?

B. Sample answer:
I usually use public transport, like buses, to get around my city. It’s convenient and
helps me avoid traffic. I enjoy reading or listening to music while traveling.
Sometimes, I also ride my bike, especially when the weather is nice. In the future, I
think electric cars will become the most popular means of transportation. As people
become more aware of climate change, they will want to reduce pollution. Electric
cars are quieter and better for the environment. Additionally, innovations like self-
driving cars could change how we travel, making it safer and more efficient. In my
hometown, the transport system has changed a lot over the past few decades. A few
years ago, there were fewer bus routes and limited train services. Now, there are
more options, including new bus lines and improved train stations. The city has also
added bike lanes, encouraging people to cycle more. These changes make it easier
for everyone to get around and help reduce traffic congestion. Overall, I think these
improvements have made my hometown a better place to live!

Question 5.2: Talking about learning English.

A. Guided questions:
1. How long have you been learning English?
2. How did you study it?
3. What do you find most difficult when learning English?

B. Sample answer:
I have been learning English for about five years now. I started in elementary school
and have continued to study it through my classes. I think learning English is
important because it opens up many opportunities for communication and
understanding different cultures. I studied English through various methods. In class,
we focus on grammar, and vocabulary. I also practice speaking with my friends,
which helps improve my conversation skills. Additionally, I enjoy watching English
movies and listening to music. This makes learning fun and helps me understand the
language better. The most difficult part of learning English for me is speaking
fluently. Sometimes, I find it hard to think of the right words quickly, and I feel
nervous when I have to talk in front of others. Pronunciation can also be challenging,
especially with words that have similar sounds. However, I know that practice is key.
I try to speak more often and not be afraid of making mistakes. Overall, I believe
that with time and effort, I will become more confident in my English skills!

Question 5.3: Talk about sunglasses.

A. Guided questions:
1. Do you spend a lot of money on sunglasses?
2. What are sunglasses used for?
3. Are you planning to buy new sunglasses in the future?

B. Sample answer:
I don’t spend a lot of money on sunglasses. I usually look for a good balance between
quality and price. I want sunglasses that are stylish and durable, but I don’t think it’s
necessary to buy very expensive brands. Sunglasses are used mainly to protect our
eyes from the sun’s harmful rays. They help reduce glare and make it easier to see
on bright days. I also think sunglasses are a great fashion accessory. They can change
the look of an outfit and make it more stylish. I am planning to buy new sunglasses
in the future. The pair I have now are getting old, and I want something new for the
summer. I’m looking for sunglasses that fit my face well and offer good UV
protection. I also want to choose a fun color or design to match my summer clothes.
I believe having a nice pair of sunglasses is important for both style and eye
protection. I will start looking for options online and in stores to find the perfect pair!

2. What do you do when you feel bored?
3. Do you feel more bored now than when you were young?

B. Sample answer:
I find certain things boring, like watching long documentaries or doing repetitive

to stay active and do things that make me happy. I feel a bit more bored now than
when I was younger. When I was a child, I was always busy with games and

1. Do you dream much at night?
2. Do you think we can learn anything from dreams?
3. Why do you think people dream when they sleep?

B. Sample answer:
I do dream quite a lot at night. Sometimes, my dreams are really clear and
memorable, while other times, I forget them soon after waking up. I find that I often
dream about my daily life, like school or spending time with friends. I believe we
can learn from our dreams. They can show us our thoughts and feelings that we
might not notice during the day. For example, if I have a stressful dream about a test,
it might mean I am worried about it. Thinking about our dreams can help us
understand our emotions better. I think people dream when they sleep for several
reasons. One reason is that dreaming helps our brains process the experiences we
had during the day. It can also be a way for our minds to solve problems or think
creatively. Additionally, dreaming might be a way for our brains to relax and
recharge. Overall, I find dreams interesting and believe they can offer insights into
our lives. Whether they are strange or meaningful, I enjoy thinking about what my
dreams might mean!
