Minutes of the Meeting:

The meeting started at 9:00 a.m.
The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Mary Anne D. Rivera, GPTA Secretary followed by the
presentation of Nationalistic song.
It was followed by the Thought for the Day given by Mrs. Rose Marie F. Mirasol, GPTA Treasurer and Opening
Remarks given by Mr. Samuel Iglesia, GPTA President.
Madam Liezel B. Sarmiento, ESHT-III presented the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders.
There was an Open Forum conducted wherein questions from parents were answered.
The meeting ended with a Closing Remarks given by Madam Imelda A. Villacorta, Faculty Club President. The
meeting ended at 11:45 a.m.

Activity Description

Defining roles and responsibilities enables not only finding the right person for the job but also
improving the employee’s experience and job satisfaction. Ultimately, it supports the efficiency and
effectiveness of your organization.

Activity Risk Management

We follow safety protocols in defining roles and responsibilities of stake holders to ensure also the safety of the
teachers and parents and other person involved.

The meeting started at 1:00 pm.
The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Mary Anne D. Rivera, GPTA Secretary followed by the
presentation of Nationalistic song.
It was followed by the Thought for the Day given by Mr. Mark John Lapira and Opening Remarks given
by Mr. Benigno T. Eugenio.
Madam Liezel B. Sarmiento, ESHT-III presented the roles and responsibilities of SGC and orient about
their functions. She also discussed about the current programs, project, and activities of the school such as project
Praise, Project MODEL, Project TEACH etc.
During the discussion of the different PPA’s barangay chairman Benigno Eugenio suggests strengthening
school and community partnership by means of inviting teachers and the school head to a open forum with the
other barangay officials to address school need and how on their simple way they can help.
There was an Open Forum conducted wherein questions from the councils were answered.
The meeting ended with a Closing Remarks given by Madam Imelda A. Villacorta, Faculty Club
President. The meeting ended at 3:45 pm.

The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Corinthian D. Gabriel, faculty Secretary followed by the
presentation of Nationalistic song.
It was followed by the Thought for the Day given by Mr. Mark John Lapira, Chairman on Education and
Opening Remarks given by Mr. Benigno T. Eugenio.
Madam Liezel B. Sarmiento, ESHT-III presented the roles and responsibilities of PTA and orient about
their functions. She also discussed about the current programs, project and activities of the school such as
project Praise, Project MODEL, Project TEACH etc.
The election of the PTA officers was presided by Madam Imelda A. Villacorta, School Faculty President.
Then a unanimous decision was made, and Mr. Samuel Iglesia was elected as president. Then he chaired the
election. The following are the elected PTA officers:

Secretary: Mary Anne Rivera
Sub. Secretary: Corinthian D. Gabriel

After the election officers immediately took an oath.
There was an Open Forum conducted wherein questions from the councils were answered.

The meeting ended at 4:00 pm.
