    • Rich Graphix Brand Inc. shall not be liable for any acts of
    God that may occur before or during delivery, installation or
    execution of the event/ materials.
    • Client shall disclose, at least seven (7) days prior to
    installation or delivery of project special concerns that need
    to be addressed (i.e status of site to be installed) in order that
    special attention ca be given to those matters and prevent
    trouble and misunderstanding.
    • Should client request other services other than those stated in
    the contract client shall shoulder the costs thereof should
    Rich Graphix Brand Inc. be able to provide such additional
    services.
    • Electrical c/o client
    • Provision of tapping point to power supply c/o client.
    • Rich Graphix Brand Inc. to tap to the nearest power supply up
    to 5 meters in excess to this provision will be charge to client.
    • Conduits & Electrical raceway not included unless stipulated
    in contract above
    • Security charge c/o client
    • Sign permit not included unless stipulated above breakdown
    cost.
    • CARI not required
