2. Payment Terms
100% of the total amount of PO should be payable 30 days after issuance of Invoice. No Down payment shall be
necessary.
3. Specifications
Responsibility is vested in the Client that the specifications requested for quotation are correct and final according
to their requirements. No liability whatsoever will be granted to SignAries should the order be fabricated and rejected
due to incorrect materials/specifications provided by the Client. For any change of specifications, quotation shall be
revised accordingly.
SignAries may propose alternative materials accordingly and shall be explicitly indicated in the provided proposal.
4. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made to SignAries Advertising after 30 days upon the issuance of Invoice.
5. Maintenance
In the event of defects after the warranty period, SignAries Advertising shall provide Checkup/Inspection and
Recommendation free of charge to the Client subject to scheduling and availability of technical staff.
All applicable works/services needed to maintain the sign or correct the defect thereafter, shall be covered by a new
and separate quotation, unless otherwise declared free of charge by SignAries Advertising upon the assessment of
the scope of works.
6. Warranty
LED and Transformers (if applicable): 1-year Workmanship: 1 year
SignAries Advertising warrants that, during the One (1) years following the delivery of the goods/service to Client,
(a) it shall conform to the description on the Quotation, and (b) the goods shall be free from defects. The liability of
SignAries Advertising is expressly limited to repair/replacement of the defective parts without cost to Client within
the warranty period. The repair/replacement for the defective parts by SignAries Advertising shall be the exclusive
solution of Client. SignAries reserves the right to reject or cancel warranty.
7. Installations
The client accepts and agrees that once an installation date has been set, the client or authorized representative must
be available to grant any of the company’s employee’s access to the site/premises to complete any work required at
the time and place agreed.
On request the client is to supply a point of electrical connection for any tools needed to be used by the company.
Should an electrical point not be available, this must be made known to the company before any installation
arrangements are finalized. For signage installations that require electrical connections, the client must ensure that a
connection is available.
The client shall be responsible for obtaining the permission of the owner of the premises or any city or other authority
that may from time to time be required for the installation of the signage, and undertakes to comply at all times with
the relevant statutory regulation, ordinances and by-laws in force.
8. Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled or rescheduled without Client’s prior written consent. In the event that Client in its sole
discretion elects to cancel an order, SignAries Advertising undertakes to indemnify the Client against all losses,
including cost of all labor, materials, overhead, damages, charges and expenses arising out of the order and its
cancellation.
