Base - Responsibilities of Finance
1. Ensure all essential requirements and documents are complete to open new post-paid fuel
account. Create and update new accounts in Oracle and CMS and coordinate with relevant
departments for approvals and documentation of new customers.
2. Collect and update Bank Guarantee and Deposits of customers in Oracle and create Pricing
Committee requests for exemptions.
3. Check each token (cards and RFID Tags) is monthly restricted and review credit history by
referring Account Status Report and Statement of Account and issue approvals to Customer
Services for issuance of new cards and installation of RFID tags.
4. Follow up Accounts Department to update payments received from customers and attend
queries of customers related to payments. i.e., issue receipts, share Account Status Report
etc.
5. Review sales on weekly basis and prepare projected sales report for managers to review and
devise a strategy to boost sales.
6. Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports for manager’s review, such as:
Revenue and Quantity based Sales Report
Customer wise Sales Report
Aging of Receivables / BI Report
Aging of Suppliers and consumption reports
KPIs of Key Account Managers and CP&L
Profit and Loss Statement
General Analytical Reports assigned by managers
7. Prepare Feasibility Studies of possible Discounts and Cashbacks for sales team and
coordinate with Key Account Managers for new potential business.
8. Review Aging of Receivables and update Key Account Managers for any late customer
payments.
9. Coordinate with Customer Services team in solving queries of new and existing customers.
10. Respond to queries of customers by emails and phone on daily basis.
11. Complete other daily tasks assigned by Line Manager.
