    01 PF Related Procedures

    If you are Employed within 60 days after leaving Accenture –


    As per the Provident Fund Act, you are supposed to apply for a Transfer of Provident Fund balance to the
    organization you will be joining in the future.
    You will not be eligible to withdraw your Provident Fund if you are employed by any other Company which is
    covered under the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 within 60 days of your last
    working day with Accenture.

    For PF Transfer-out Online, login to EPFO.

    If you are Unemployed for more than 60 days from your date of leaving with Accenture –

    You have the option of PF Withdrawal. You can apply for online PF withdrawal by logging in to EPFO.

    Withdrawal
    As per Employees' Provident Fund Scheme 1952 - Para 69, for withdrawing Provident fund, there is a minimum 2
    months (60 days) waiting period from the date of leaving Accenture. This is not controlled by Accenture.
    Please note that withdrawal is recommended only if the individual is unemployed, else PF transfer is
    recommended.

    You will continue to have access to myHoldings website following departure, so you can monitor any current
    equity holdings and future releases. Remember to visit the “Departure Considerations FAQs” for further
    guidance.

    In case you need to request updates to your personal data (name, address, phone, and e-mail) after your
    departure, you will be able to do so by accessing the Accenture Former Employee Portal.

    03 Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    Accenture’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers 24/7 free and confidential services which is extended to your
    family as well. It is available to you and your family for up to 12 months post-employment with Accenture. EAP supports
    our people with a variety of issues such as managing stress at home or workplace, legal and financial issues, and
    relationship problems.
