When you are fitness, you can do physical activity. Also means having the ability to implement
exercises that require strong and energy. When you improve your physical condition, improve
your health. You don´t have to be an athlete to be a fit. A brisk half hour walk every day can help
you reach a good level of fitness.
We know that part of being fit is being healthy, for that we need to follow a few tips:
. Don’t smoke.
. Don’t drink too much alcohol and avoid it completely if you have a history of alcoholism.
. Manage stress
Being fit helps you feel better and have more energy for work and do other things. When you are
constantly moving, you have more energy to work and do other things. When you are constantly
moving and fit, it allows you to do more physical activity.
It also allows you to exercise at higher intensity without as much effort. It can also help you
manage your weight.
Improve physical fitness, is good for you heart, lungs, bones, muscles and joints. It reduces your
risk of falls, heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers. If you already have one
or more of these problems, improving your fitness may help you manage other health problems
and make you feel better.
¿What kind of activity improves fitness?
The activities you choose depend on the type of physical ability you want to improve. There are
three types of training:
Aerobic training makes you breathe faster and makes your heart work harder for a while.
Aerobic activities include walking, running, cycling and swimming. Aerobic training is also
called cardio or cardiovascular training.
Muscle (strength) training means building stronger muscles and increasing the time you
can use them. You can improve your muscle capacity with activities such as weight lifting
or push-ups.
Flexibility is the ability to move your joints and muscles through their full range of motion.
Stretching is an exercise that helps you become more flexible.
