1. The candidate is eligible for admission, if he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria A pass in any Bachelor degree from a
recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade prescribed by GITAM (Deemed to be University).
2. The candidate whose allotment is without merit scholarship has to pay the remaining Semester/Year fee before the
commencement of class work.
3. The candidate is directed to upload the following scanned copies of original certificates in the admission portal for online
verification
1. Signed Allotment Letter
2. X class Marks memo and Pass Certificate
3. 10+2 / Intermediate marks memo and Pass Certificate
4. Undergraduate Marks Memo and Original Degree (in case of PG candidates)
5. Transfer and Conduct certificates
6. Medical Certificate (in case of PH candidates)
7. Integrated Community Certificate (in case of SC/ST candidates)
4. The original certificates will be physically verified for authenticity at the time of induction, and the same will be returned to
the candidate after verification. However, it is mandatory that the candidate should submit the original Transfer & Conduct
certificate. The schedule of the induction program will be notified through the GITAM website.
5. If any candidate does not report to the Principal / Director before the commencement of class work, his/her provisional
allotment of seat will be canceled. If the candidate withdraws before the prescribed date notified by the statutory bodies /
councils, the entire fee collected from the candidate, after a deduction of the prescribed charges shall be refunded.
6. In case, if a candidate leaves the course after the prescribed notified date by the statutory bodies / councils, the institution
shall not refund the fee paid by the student.

8. A laptop is an essential learning requirement for all students. In this regard, you should bring with you a serialized Laptop
