    MARKETING INTERN

    Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern who is passionate
    about content creation and exploring market insights in the baby care industry. This is an
    excellent opportunity to learn, develop skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional
    setting, where you will contribute to promoting our baby laundry detergent brand.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation Support:


    ○ Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for various brand
    channels, including the website and social media (Facebook, Instagram).
    ○ Generate engaging and creative content ideas tailored to our target audience
    of parents with young children.
    ○ Support in managing the posting schedule and interacting with customers on
    social media channels.
    2. Market Research:
    ○ Conduct research on consumer trends and behavior in the baby care industry.
    ○ Gather information on competitors and their marketing strategies.
    ○ Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve content and
    marketing campaigns.
    3. Campaign Support:
    ○ Help brainstorm, prepare content, and track the effectiveness of brand
    promotion campaigns.
    ○ Support in organizing promotions, events, and collaborations with Key
    Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and parent communities.
    ○ Track campaign performance, record results, and provide feedback on
    effectiveness.
    4. Collaboration with Other Departments:
    ○ Work closely with different teams to ensure product information and marketing
    content are communicated accurately and effectively.
    ○ Assist the sales team in providing product information and relevant marketing
    materials.

    Requirements:

    ● Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Business


    Administration.
    ● Interest and basic knowledge of the baby care industry.
    ● Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and a passion for content creation.
    ● Good organizational skills, time management, and teamwork abilities.
    ● Responsible, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about marketing.
