COURSE OUTLINE
Course Description:
The subject covers the study of organization and management/ supervisory theories, concepts and issues as they relate to the
workplace. Likewise, it also attempts to facilitate understanding of managerial roles, functions, responsibility and accountability in a
dynamic system. Examines and evaluates management processes, functions and tools.
Course Outcomes:
The students are expected to:
1. Acquire better view-point on the proper and effective administration and supervision of Educational Institution
2. Relate discussion and analysis of organization and management/ supervisory theories, concepts and principles to
workplace, both macro and micro;
3. Demonstrate the ability to identify, diagnose and solve administrative problems through the application of
theoretical/conceptual and practical knowledge and tools of management; and
4. Recommend solutions to an organization and management problems from an interdisciplinary perspective.

Course Policies:
1. Regular attendance in the class
2. All requirements must be submitted on time. Late submission will receive deductions.
3. Students who wished to drop the course must do so officially and not just stop coming to class.
4. Problems encountered with the subject must be discussed with the professors. Such consultation may be made in person
during the designated time
5. All designated reporters must submit/send an e-copy of their reports 2 days before the actual report in a virtual class.
6. Google Classroom and Google meet is the platforms to be used during the class hour
