and make sure the harness is and free from
any damage prior to issue and use.
 Damage harness shall be immediately
discarded from the use.
 Nylon rope must not be used to install any fall
prevention.
 Working platform must be free from any
obstructions and unwanted materials.
 Lifeline must be installed all around the roof
so that workers can have anchorage point for
their lanyard.
 When working on roof always wear/use full
body Harness and ensure that lanyard is
clipped into a proper secured point.
 Avoid working outside the barriers / edge
protection if possible. If working on leading
edge, or outside the edge protection, wear full
body harness and clipped onto a secured
anchoring point (e.g., lifelines).
 Nobody will be allowed to work below when
work at height is on-going.
 Hand tools / Power tools must be secured
using nylon rope while working at height.
