1. Mobile browser

1.1 Zoom

If you want to join a meeting from an Android or iOS device, you must download
the Zoom mobile app.

Please refer to the Zoom mobile app instructions below.

1.2 Google Meet

If you want to join a meeting from an Android or iOS device, you must download
the Meet mobile app.

Please refer to the Meet mobile app instructions below.

2. Web Browser

2.1 Zoom

Please note that you are not required to download Zoom on a desktop device
before joining the video call, but you will have access to limited functionality if
you join from your browser.

Join a video meeting from the invitation email:

⓵ Click or copy and paste the invitation link provided in the email.

⓶ Click I Agree to use Zoom.

⓷ To launch the Zoom video call via browser, please click Cancel when
prompted to open zoom.us.app, then click Launch Meeting.

⓸ Please click Cancel again, then click Join from Your Browser.

⓹ Input Your Name then click Join.

⓺ Please wait for the Support agent to accept you to join the video call.
● Please note that the one in the red box is your case number which you
can find in the email.

⓻ After the Support agent allows you to join the video call, there is information
that the meeting will be recorded. Please click Got it.

⓼ Please click Unmute/Join audio and Start Video, then click Allow this
time/Allow on every visit to allow Zoom to use your microphone and camera.

2.2 Google Meet

Join a video meeting from the invitation email

⓵ Click or copy and paste the invitation link provided in the email.

Or click on Join with Google Meet / click the Meeting link.

⓶ Please turn on the microphone and camera, then click Join now.
● Please note that if you are not using the correct email, you will see Ask to
join button instead.

⓷ Please wait until the Support agent joins the call.

⓸ You can check from this icon if the Support agent has joined.

3. Mobile app

3.1 Zoom
● Make sure you have the latest version of the Zoom app.
● If you do not have the Zoom app, you can download:
○ Android: here
○ IOS: here

⓵ Open the invitation email sent from us.

⓶ Tap on the invite link, then the Zoom app on your phone will be opened
automatically.

⓷ The first time you use Zoom you will be prompted to:
● Enter your full name and press Continue. By default, it will fill this box in
with your device name.

● Allow Zoom to use your device’s camera. Click Allow.

⓸ Click Join Before joining the video call or once you enter a call, please turn
on your camera, by clicking the button in the red box below.

⓹ Wait for the host to start the meeting. If a screen appears saying, “Please
wait, the meeting host will let you in soon”, this means you are in the
meeting waiting room.

3.2 Google Meet
Before you begin with video calls with us, make sure you have the latest version of
the Google Meet app on your phone.

There are 2 ways to join a video call meeting:

1. Join a video meeting from the Meet app (Android, iOS)
2. Join a video meeting from Gmail (Android, iOS)

3.2.1 Android
● Make sure you have the latest version of the Meet app and Android 7.0 and up.
● If you do not have the Meet app, you can download it from here.

Join a video meeting from the Meet app

⓵ On your Android device, open the Google Meet app.

⓶ You will have to sign into your Gmail account.

● Click Sign in then enter your Gmail username and password or select the
Gmail account you want to connect.
● Ensure to sign in using the email address mentioned in the email
requesting the phone number change.

⓷ Tap a meeting from the list.

● Please accept the invitation that has been sent via email to see the meeting
invitation in the Meet app.

⓸ Before joining a video call or once you enter a call, please do the following:
● Unmute your mic, by clicking the button in the red box below.
● Turn your camera on, by clicking the button in the blue box below.

⓹ Tap Join or Ask to join to start the video call

⓺ Please wait until the Support agent allows you to join the meeting.

⓻ After the Support agent allows you to join the video call, the meeting will be
recorded.

⓵ Open the Gmail app.

⓶ Open our invitation email.

⓷ Click on the meeting link sent to you.

⓸ Sign in with your Google Account.

● Ensure to sign in using the email address mentioned in the email
requesting the phone number change.

● Unmute your mic, by clicking the button in the red box below.
● Turn your camera on, by clicking the button in the blue box below.

⓺ Tap Join or Ask to join to start the video call

recorded.

3.2.2 iPhone / iPad
● Make sure you have the latest version of the Meet app.

⓵ On your iPhone device, open the Google Meet app.

⓶ You will have to sign into your Gmail account.

● Click Sign in then enter your Gmail username and password or select the
Gmail account you want to connect.
● Ensure to sign in using the email address mentioned in the email
requesting the phone number change.

⓷ Tap a meeting from the list.

● Please accept the invitation that has been sent via email to see the
meeting invitation in the Meet app.
