Notes:
Must finish new agent onboarding training and
sign contract.
The Bonus only applies to the new incepted
business which MUST have automated methods of
renewal collection and collected for the first time.
To qualify for NAF, you must have generated at
least 10 Leads and executed 5 Appointments in
that specific month. (Exception for month 1- which
is not full month and to allow for set up in PruHub)
All Rookies within 3 months should also have
attended at least 80% of the scheduled RDP
Trainings or other stipulated trainings
Month 1 is normally not a full month. This is a
month when the agent signed a contract
This scheme comes into force immediately and
replaces the existing NAF. Agents within the 6
months will participate on the new NAF scheme.
WHT is applicable on the final pay out.
One should have a URA TIN to receive this pay out.
(If not, the amount is compiled until one submits
the TIN and paid in subsequent month pay out)
