SUCCESS STORY
An individual firm Virsa exclusive was started in 2007. Initially, there were 4 flat machines on which they started their work and with very less labour. But slowly and gradually they were successful in capturing the market and creating the brand name for themselves. Now, the factory premises has over 40 laborers and 10 management people. Their attempt is to capture the major domestic market and gain maximum profits.

CONCLUSION
The first decision was to decide the entrepreneur by one group which was a difficult task. But finally we decided to interview the owner of VIRSA EXCLUSIVE who is MR.GULSHAN SAHNI. We also faced some problems regarding appointment for an interview which was biggest hurdle but somehow we managed to take it on 7th Oct 2010. In the evening 2 of our group mates went to take interview. Mr. Sahni was a very co-operative person but he was facing communication problem with our members because he did not know English, so our members have to conversate with him in Punjabi. After that we were also allowed to visit the factory where they are used to manufacture their finished products which was a very different experience as we got to know the working of the factory. We were able to get the details except the turnover. At the end, it was a very learning experience as the group members were quite cooperative and hard work was done by all on their part.
