Answer: The biak-na-bato constitution establishment of a supreme council that would serve as the
highest governing body of the republic.

Q3. How did the Philippine attain it’s independence? Who were the dominant contributors that were
behind if it’s success? Justify your answer.

Answer: The success behind of Philippine Independence was Emillio Aguinaldo. Our revolutionary
leaders accepted a payment of Spain and went to exile in Hong Kong.

Q4. The united congress proposed two acts to the Philippine during the Malolos constitution. What are
these act? Do these acts have quality to be part of the Philippine constitutionality? If you were part of
the congress, would you allow these acts to be adopted in our constitution? Justify your answer.

Answer: The Organic Act of 1902 and the Philippine Autonomy or knows as “Jones Law”. Yes, It has a
quality of constitutionality as to be part of Philippine constitution. I would allow it because before
declaring a new a law a group of legislative would study it and it will have a long process study before
they will pass it in the senate which is the highest served and upper house and think properly if that new
law is god or bad in the country.

Q5. Among the three constitution that we have tackled, which of them do you think is the most relevant
constitution that Philippine should look forward in retaining its aspect?

Answer: I would choose the Preamble Politic Constitution of 1899. It’s because the Filipino people was
given by a freedom and equality in beliefs and everyone had natural right.

Answer:
Yes, it is become reality because global village means that even we are far apart to our family,
friends, and love one’s we feel that we are not far apart away from them. We are be able to
communicate with one another instantly, irrespective distance.
Q2. To what extent do global serve as guardians of free speech, democracy, and justice?
Answer:
Media freedom has been deteriorating around the world over the past decades. In some of the
most influential democracies in the world populist leaders have overseen concerted attempts
to throttle the independence of the media sector. While the threats to global media freedom
are real and concerning in their own right.

Social media is a platform for interaction among us where we can communicate, share
knowledge and idea through the new social media.

imperialist?
Answer:
Cultural imperialism also called cultural aspect of imperialism refers to the creation and
maintenance of unequal relationship between civilization. In a sense, the Unites States has
always been an imperialist project. It began as a settler country. Once form its sovereign state
after its revolutionary war, it proceeded to colonize westward, destroying people and cultures
along the way that’s why people fear have fear in United States.

: American imperialism is term that refers to the economic, military, and cultural influence of
the united states on other countries. “American Empire” was made a reality during 1800’s.
during this time industrialization caused American businessman to seek new international
markets which to sell their goods. American imperialism partly rooted in American
exceptionalism, the idea that the united states is different from other countries due to its
specific mission and spread liberty and democracy.
Q6. How do these criticisms affect the notion that the United State is a culturally imperialist
power?
Answer:
Answer: It would be misleading to abandon the notion of cultural imperialism and replace it
with another equally exclusive term. Cultural transfer need to understand that culture just like
power may be used attain any numbers of objective and to pursue any number policies.
Therefore, cultural imperialism is as suitable or unsuitable a designation as any other one.
Q7. Does the concept of cultural imperialism add to our understanding and ability to analyze
globalization? Or does it detract from such understanding, leading to the conclusion that we
should use other tools in explaining and assessing the global spread of American and other
cultures?
Answer:
Cultural Imperialism is a process of social influence by which nation imposes on other countries
its set beliefs, values, knowledge and behavioral norms as well as its overall style of life. As we
define this term cultural imperialism hasn’t died out and that “American products were killing
other cultures”
